Wir verabschieden uns in die Herbst.- und Winterpause und freuen uns, Sie ab dem 05.04.2025 wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

ONLINE DAY TICKETS
Until further notice, admission tickets can only be purchased as online day tickets in our ticket shop. The day tickets can be booked for the respective authorised time slot.

DUE TO THE CURRENT CORONA REGULATIONS IN THE STATE OF HESSE, WE CANNOT GRANT YOU ADMISSION TO THE LOCHMÜHLE AMUSEMENT PARK WITHOUT A PREVIOUSLY PURCHASED ONLINE DAY TICKET.
HOW DO I BOOK A VISIT TO THE PARK?
Until further notice, admission tickets can only be purchased as online day tickets in our ticket shop. Day tickets can be booked for the respective authorised time slot.
Please book the adult day tickets FIRST! If your desired date can no longer be selected, this means that the time slot is already fully booked. The reservation policy also applies to:
Children under 100cm (0 – ticket)
Annual ticket holders (0 – ticket):- Please book a day ticket from the category “I have an annual pass” . Only one active booking is possible per annual pass. On the day after your visit, your annual pass will be reactivated for another booking.Previously purchased admission passes (0 – ticket). Please book an online day ticket from the category “I have a prepaid voucher”. .
A DAY TICKET MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE BOX OFFICE FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL VISITOR.
DO HOLDERS OF ANNUAL PASSES OR PREPAID VOUCHERS ALSO HAVE TO BOOK A TICKET?
Yes; even as a holder of an annual pass or previously purchased vouchers, you must book your visit to the park in advance and bring the reservation printout with you. Your card will be scanned as usual at the entrance. Annual passes and vouchers must be brought along and presented at the ticket office.
Only one active booking is possible per annual pass. On the day after your visit, your annual pass will be reactivated for a further booking.
ARE TICKETS ALSO AVAILABLE AT THE CAR PARK TICKET OFFICE?
No. Anyone who cannot present a valid online day ticket may not be admitted! Only pet food and dog toiletries are sold at the ticket offices.
I CANNOT SELECT MY DESIRED DATE: WHY IS THAT?
Ticket purchases are only possible if adult admission slots are still available.
CAN DAY TICKETS BE CANCELLED OR REBOOKED?
Unfortunately, cancellations are not possible. However, tickets can be changed up to 24 hours before your visit to the park via our ticket shop (category, change of date), for a fee of EUR 2.00 per day ticket.
ARE ANY RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES AT THE LOCHMÜHLE AMUSEMENT PARK RESTRICTED?
The paddling pools are closed. The petting zoo is still off limits until further notice. Animals can be fed from outside. Indoor areas will be open depending on the current incidence rate (step-by-step plan for the State of Hesse).
BARBECUE RESERVATIONS
are possible within the framework of the Hessian contact restrictions. Reservations are only accepted by telephone (0 61 75 /79 00 60).
ARE YOU REQUIRED TO WEAR A MASK?
The wearing of masks is compulsory (medical masks / bring your own / from the age of 6) in the car park, ticket office, waiting and restroom areas, during use of the attractions and in covered areas as well as wherever a minimum distance of 1.5 metres cannot be maintained.
RESTAURANTS AND EATING FACILITIES
Several kiosks in the park offer food and drinks “to take away”. Please observe the rules applicable and posted at each location. Outdoor eating facilities are open depending on the current incidence rate.
In accordance with the Federal Contingency Plan, a negative PoC antigen test is required for visitors 6 years of age and older if the incidence rate exceeds 100.
This area, the so-called ´Hochtaunuskreis`, is currently below 100, so this test is not required at this time.
